Strength Density is specifically designed to increase muscle mass, and maximal strength.

The program is made up of 3 distinct 4 week phases, building in intensity to drive adaptation.

Phase 1 : Focuses on accentuating the eccentric phase durung heavy compound exercises to increase muscle fibre density and recruitment. The more muscle mass you have, the greater your potential for improving force.

Phase 2: Incorporates isometric holds to improve the efficicy muscle fibre activation and force production. This is all about being able to recruit all the newly developed muscle fibres to produce maximum force.

Phase 3: Centres on the concentric contraction phase to enhance the speed of muscle fibre activation. This is all about pushing the limits of your strength and power capabilities.
