The aerobic base is the ultimate programme for increasing aerobic power and capacity.
The 12 week program is designed to specifically increase you running capacity and build the engine needed to tolerate with the volume of training you need to be able to perform in order to get the most out of the Endeavour Athlete Collective.
The program is split into 3 distinctive 4 week phases that focus on taking you from a novice runner too leading the back and tearing up the trails and tarmac.
Phase 1: Build the muscular endurance and tissue capacity to be able to tolerate the increasing amount volume you’ll be performing and streamline your physique to reduce impact and the risk of injury.
Phase 2: Increase the intensity of training and focus on developing your lactate threshold and your mechanics to so your moving as efficiently as possible.
Phase 3: Progressively increase the volume, distances and intensity of training to peak your performance for the final challenge of the program.
