  • 1 to 1 private personal training sessions

    You will receive:

    • Initial consultation

    • Performance and fitness testing and measurements

    • Individualised progressive in person training sessions

    • Goal specific training programme to perform away from in person sessions

    • Health and nutritional support and advice

  • Small group training sessions (2-4 people)

    You will receive:

    • Fitness testing and measurements

    • Progressive training sessions

    • Regular monitoring
